The cost depends on asset complexity, usable history, specialist analysis, sensor requirements and verification work. For a low-cost item with little data, routine servicing or straightforward replacement planning may be more proportionate than a predictive arrangement.

The report sets out the observed pattern, interpretation and recommended next action. We distinguish findings verified through inspection from estimates awaiting confirmation. After work, retain the actual condition found so future assessments can be checked against results.
